The Stylized Anime ICE shaders pack helps you to create stylized backgrounds and environments easily, just drag and drop the shader into your object. 90% of the shaders are UNLIT meaning they don't need to work with lights in the scene. These shaders use the Library Asset (new in Blender 3) so you can apply them to your models.
